Data Deletion Instructions

SocialNira (operated by AX SOLUTIONS Jakub Górski, NIP 9820391754) is a Facebook Page publishing platform. When you connect your Facebook account to SocialNira, we store the data described in our Privacy Policy.

Under GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and Meta's Platform Terms, you can request deletion of your personal data and all related records at any time. There are three ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete your account in-app (recommended, instant)

1. Sign in at socialnira.com/login.
2. Open Settings → Danger zone.
3. Click Delete my account and confirm by typing DELETE.
4. Your account, all connected Facebook Page tokens, scheduled posts, media uploads, and activity logs are permanently removed within 30 days. Backups containing your data are rotated out within 90 days.

Option 2 — Remove SocialNira from Facebook (revoke + delete)

You can revoke our Facebook permissions and trigger a deletion request in the same step, directly from your Facebook account:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and Websites.
3. Find SocialNira in the list of active apps and click Remove.
4. On the confirmation dialog, select “Send a deletion request to this app” (Facebook calls this a “data deletion request”).
5. Facebook will notify us via our Data Deletion Callback. We delete your account and all stored data within 30 days.

Option 3 — Email request (for closed accounts, exports, audits)

If you no longer have access to your SocialNira account, or want to request a copy of your data before deletion, email us:

What gets deleted

• Your user account (email, name, password hash, preferences)
• All connected Facebook accounts (access tokens — also revoked with Facebook)
• All Facebook Pages you connected (Page IDs, Page tokens, cached metadata)
• All posts (drafts, scheduled, published history, captions)
• All uploaded media files and library entries
• All publish logs and audit trails
• All password reset tokens

What we keep (and why)

We retain anonymised invoicing data (without your name or contact info) for 5 years as required by Polish accounting law (Ustawa o rachunkowości, Art. 74). This data cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
